- For the best results, wash inside out, in cold water, dry low heat, tumble dry. Do not iron decorated areas. If you see a halo around your shirt this is a result of the print process and will go away when washed.

This was my first time using Roadtees and I bought a tee from a campaign of an artist whose work I adore. The print and shipping arrived exactly in the timeframe but the shirt was completely messed up. The print of the design was fading and streaky. I followed the faq and ended up sending an email and picture of the shirt I received to customer service. They got back to me within 24 hours as promised and it took merely a week to come to a resolution. I was in contact with someone named Manilyn and they were super easy to deal with. Even though I didn’t have an awful lot of questions they were nice and open about the process it would take and trying to help me at all cost. I received a newly printed shirt that was perfect and had no problems with the design or quality. I would definitely feel comfortable ordering again!
